Cynthia made the decision to become a foster/adopt parent 28 years ago. Over the years, she has fostered over 25 children and adopted 6 giving them forever love, a family, and home. Cynthia is a true role model and advocate for change. Through her tireless efforts and passion, she continues to make a lasting impact on the lives of children in the foster care system, paving the way for a brighter future for them and their families.
